What is the last date to apply for the RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2025?
The last date to submit your online application is September 8, 2025, up to 23:59 hours.
I have made a mistake in my application. Can I correct it?
Yes, you can modify your application (except for details filled in the ‘Create an Account’ form and your chosen RRB) from September 11, 2025, to September 20, 2025. A modification fee of ₹250 will be charged for each occasion.
Can I apply to more than one RRB?
No. You can only choose one RRB. Submitting multiple applications to different RRBs or the same RRB will lead to the rejection of all your applications and debarment from future exams.
What should I do if I don’t have an active mobile number or email ID?
You must have an active personal mobile number and a valid email ID throughout the recruitment process. All communications from the RRB will be sent via SMS and/or email.
Do I need to upload a photograph?
You are not required to upload a pre-existing photograph. The application module will capture a live photograph of you using your device’s webcam or front camera.
I am waiting for my final year exam results. Can I apply?
No. Candidates must possess all the prescribed educational and technical qualifications on or before the closing date for submitting the application (September 8, 2025). Those awaiting final results are not eligible.
Is there any age relaxation for reserved categories?
Yes, age relaxation is provided for various categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and up to 15 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), among others as specified in the notification.
What is the application fee?
The fee is ₹500 for General/EWS/OBC candidates and ₹250 for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, and EBC candidates.
Is the application fee refundable?
Yes, a portion of the fee is refundable. For candidates who paid ₹500, ₹400 will be refunded. For those who paid ₹250, the full ₹250 will be refunded. The refund is only processed after you appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT) and will have bank charges deducted.
How can I pay the fee?
The fee can be paid online only through internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI.
In which languages will the CBT be available?
The questions will be available in English, Hindi, and 13 regional Indian languages. You must choose your preferred language in the application form.
What is the duration and pattern of the CBT?
The CBT will be 90 minutes long (120 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates) and will have 100 multiple-choice questions covering Professional Ability (70 marks), General Awareness (10 marks), General Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning (10 marks), and General Science (10 marks).
